We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60Â days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@chekzwatches.com. We will cover the shipping cost of the return, and issue you a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition as stated above.

If your product is in like new condition and has a factory defect, send us your old product and we'll exchange it at any point. We'll ship you a new one within 7-14 business days, you only cover shipping fees and your piece will be on its way.

Lost or stolen packages
Once the package has left the facility we no longer have control over delivery, responsibility has been passed to the service provider. But luckily we have Package Protection! For a nominal fee, you can opt to make sure that if your product is lost in transit, damaged, or stolen we'll send you a new shipment out within 7-14 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
